Why I Started Arvonne
I tore my ACL playing pro basketball in Germany.
What stuck with me most during recovery wasn’t the pain - it was how little I knew on how to prevent it. Even at the pro level, injury prevention wasn’t really prioritized.
That moment planted a seed.
From Recovery to Purpose
After recovery, I played another 5 years as a professional but kept asking the question:
What do athletes need to do to be injury free?
It led me to Brown University where I earned my master's and connected with coaches, trainers, and medical device experts.
What I found was clear: athletes today are more likely to get hurt than ever before. And big brands weren’t doing much to stop it.
Why Arvonne Exists
Arvonne isn’t just athletic gear. It’s research-backed and built specifically for youth athletes. We’re here to give kids the tools to stay in the game physically, mentally, and confidently.
Our products are designed with movement, comfort, and recovery in mind. From resources to help prevent injuries to gear that helps kids recover, everything we offer is made to keep play fun, safe, and long-lasting.

We’re not a massive company. Arvonne was built with the support of my wife, family, friends, and mentors who all believed in the same thing: that young athletes deserve better.
